If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Perishable or consumable goods (such as food products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
